POCT costs and cost centers
Hi all,
Since there is very little revenue on the inpatient side how does your Lab/hospital handle POCT finances? What is your financial model? Currently at our hospital the lab pays for most of the reagents (Istat, ABL90, for example) and all the QC but we get very little revenue for it and we do not charge the units for the supplies.
