(DELETED) Newbie needs help writing procedures

I have a very newbieish question to ask, please do not judge. I am brand new to my positon as POC coordinator and have been tasked with writing my first procedure for a new instrument, HemoCue 801. How did you all learn how to write procedures? I know that Abbott Technical specialists will send you PDF's of users manuals, procedures that you can edit to make specfic for your organization, QC forms, Maintenance forms, IFU's.
