Accu-Chek Inform II firmware update 04.08.00

Hi all,

Has anyone with the Accu-Chek Inform II meter tried applying the new firmware (04.08.00)?

We rolled it out to some devices the other day through RALS, and these ones subsequently had a hardware error that prevented continued work on the device..

The meter has the strip lots on board in memory. If you are going to run QC and it has a list of available lots, the lot is available. But when you go to scan the barcode on the strip lot, it has a hardwar...
