Neonate Blood Sugar Problems with Nova Statstrip meters

We just switched to the Nova StatStrip meters in March 2022 from the Accucheks. I have been getting numerous complaints about neonate blood sugar results. I have observed numerous nurses performing glucoses and given my recommendations. (They are collecting correctly) I have spoke with Nova multiple times about this. Is anyone else having problems with this?
