Said: No, we did not use downtime forms. There would be orders for the gases. On the label the collector would write AO, PA1, PA2, etc. In the result screen the performing Tech would document the sample location as a comment.  
Said: Michael, Did you have techs do a downtime form for the test or how did the resulting work for lab staff?
