Fecal Occult Blood using FIT

I am curious as to how many of the group have switched from using the guaiac based occult blood to the fecal immunochemical test (FIT). Those who are using FIT, which kit are you using? Pros/Cons
Thanks in advance!

I did not ever receive this as an email or see it on the daily listserv summary this morning. Will it be listed/sent out on Monday?
We have not, but I would like to see it happen, at least as a central lab method. We will still have to keep a guaiac method for POCT, though - as observing the incubation step simply won't happen.
We have the automated OC Light in the lab and batch them. I am trying to get rid of guiac cards and developer. The FIT can be sampled at the exam, same as the guiac but they would have to order and send to lab for testing, if you did not want it to be a POC test. The test has no diet restrictions, good sensitivity and reproducibility and sample stability. It is also not badly priced. We use the Polymedco brand, but there are many others to choose from.
Thanks, James and Malinda!
