I am trying to compare RALS vs Telcor for use with glucose point of care. I would welcome any feedback with either of those.

We use RALS and Nova and have no problems. I am able to perform the device configuration within RALS and do not have to have Nova Net, so everything is seamless.
Operator management and recertification is easy. I use auto recertification for glucose.
If you have any specific questions feel free to reach out.
Thanks, Karen,
Would you mind sending me your email address in case I do wish to contact you about this?

We use Telcor's QML, there is very little configuration done in NovaNet. Basically add new QC and Reagent lot numbers. Devices are configured in QML.
The amount of work you need to do with NovaNet should not be a limiting factor for QML it is a good product.
We use RALS Web 3 version, and it works well
We use Telcor as well and it is easy to navigate. I use auto-recertification which I highly recommend and I do very little in NovaNet (same as Tim). I pull QC reports and add/discontinue meters directly in QML.
We use RALS - Inform ll, HemoCue, i-Stat, Clinitek and adding NovaStat Creat.
Web 3 - Upgrading to 5.12 next week. Works well.
