Hello everyone,

I am currently researching to replace our QC manager. If anyone is using Telcor, RALS or unipoc your comments for advantages and disadvantages would be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hello Kathleen,

We are using Telcor,  I have been POCC for almost two months now but I just love this system.  I have no ill words at all about the Manager.  It is very user friendly, the on call tech support is hands down one of the best tech supports I have ever encountered.  There is no long holds.  They are very thorough and responsive.  They helped me out and the tech worked on my problem on the weekend and was able to resolve and get back to me no delays.  I give them a 110% satisfaction.

We are currently using RALS and are looking at other systems this year as well.  I like the RALS system and it is very easy to manage our biggest factor for looking at other middleware systems is the licensing fees every time our contract is up.  Also we currently have only two of our POC analyzers on the system and would like to add two others on but the licensing fee is for each analyzer system which can get quite expensive.  I would be interested in hearing how other like or dislike the Roche IT system or Telcor.

Pete,

This is exactly why we are looking at Telcor. The licensing fees are just getting to be too much.
