Baby Tbili

I work in a clinic with a main lab at one location and different care groups at various other locations. One of our Peds locations would like an on site Tbili POC test for better TAT. Does anyone know of a waived Tbili POC test? We don't need a Radiometer or ABL - that is way more muscle than is needed for outpatient newborns.
Thank you!

Piccolo does Tbili on CMP.
This is a meter I have a little familiarity with.
Perhaps this screening tool would be all they would need in the clinic setting, reserving the true blood samples for the elevated ones?
There is the Reichert UNISTAT Bilirubinometer. It seems to be reliable and easy to use.
Thank you everyone - I've reached out to a few of the companies. I will report back if we get a bilirubinometer of some sort.
I think that the UNISTAT is moderately complex not waived and the BiliCheck is not considered POC as no sample is used.
The Piccolo CMP cartridge is waived so that might be a option for you.
Good Luck and let me know what you find out. My system asks about this every so often but we have not decided to add it to the testing menu yet.
Thank you everyone for your input. I've brought the options to the lab director who will take them to the providers. If we bring in anything, we will be going with the transcutaneous reader (which makes it not POC) just due to cost - I'm in an outpatient setting so our use/need really isn't high enough to warrant the cost of a Piccolo or any of the moderate methods.
In another life we used a transcutaneous meter and discovered that we had to make the top reportable 12 mg/dL. But still, since SOO many were well below that threshold, we saved tones of time and money using the meters.
