The CPOCT Division of AACC would like to invite you to attend the 2020 Point of Care Coordinator Forum
Thursday December 17th, 0930-1200 EST
Population Health – "POP"-ping the barriers to health care with Point of Care Testing
2020 has illustrated the tenacity of the health care community. We invite you to a discussion about population health and how organizations are breaking barriers to traditional health care. Sneakers to vans, these communities are demonstrating how assisting all population groups benefits society.

You can register for this event without having registered for the entire meeting by the following:
- To register, visit: meeting.aacc.org/register.
- Once on the ASM registration page, click on 'Register Online'.
- On the registration page, select 'Special Events Only' under registration type
- If a registrant does not already have a profile created on aacc.org, they will be directed to a page to create a new profile (likely people who are not AACC members). Once the profile is created, they may complete registration.
The program will be recorded and should be available on-demand later for those who don't register to attend on 12/17.
