venous vs fingerstick PT/INR

I have been asked a question about how often venous blood is being used by
clinics with certificates of waiver for PT/INR testing rather than
fingerstick.
I am guessing that this is not common, but have no data to support my hunch,
so I am asking the experts-
In your anti-coag clinics, do you use fs, venous or both? If both, what is
the approximate split of the samples?
Thanks.

Our anti-coag clinics use fingersticks (waived test and method) with CoaguChek XS and XS+ meters.
Some meters are waived testing only using fingerstick specimens and some aren't capable with venous specimen.
We use the Abbott iSTAT PT/INR cartridges in our Coumadin Clinic, Pre Op and Cath Lab. All are fingerstick unless there is a critical and the patient is drawn and the specimen is sent to the lab for confirmation. They do 300 patients/month in the Coumadin Clinic.
