UA Controls- Clinitek and Urine Pregnancy

Currently we use the Quantimetrix Dropper Plus controls on both our Clinitek Status Connect + instrument and manual pregnancy kits.
I am having a couple of my clinics have issues with level 2 not passing . I came out and retested (failed for me too),tried the controls on a new bottle of strips (passed) and then tried other controls that I brought on the original bottle (failed). So I called technical support and they said that those dropper controls are not recommended/supported by Siemens since they are unstable. I am now seeing that in my clinics where sometime they work and sometimes they will not.
What do you use for UA controls for your Clinitek and can they be used on a manual pregnancy kit or do you use a seperate QC for that?

We've used Quantimetrix Dropper Plus controls for over 8 years will no problems. We have Clinitek Status Plus analyzers and Sure-Vue Urine pregnancy kits.
Really like the open stability of this control :)
I have used these controls since 2017 and am just now having these issues with level 2 (specifically the blood pad) being very inconsistent and not passing.
Most likely I will need to switch to dippers for this reason. I have clinics that are now getting nervous to run controls every month due to this and that is not good. I have run them myself and seen this same issue so it's not just a isolated incident.
For Clinitek Pregnancy, we use Quantimetrix dippers manufactuer #'s 1400-02 or 1400-01 depending on how many you need in a box.
