HMS Hepline kit

Hi!
For those still using the HMS Plus "HEPline kit", can someone explain how to correlate the U/mL on the supplied tube to the Heparin Concentration in mg/kg that is resulted by the HMS?
If the 1 U/mL was filled to the 5mL line with healthy donor blood and produced a result of 0.6 mg/kg, how do I know if that is acceptable?
Thank you for any help!

The Hepline kit consists of 5 tubes containing increasing concentrations of heparin. The tubes are designed to give final concentrations of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 units/mL when freshly drawn whole blood is added; 5 mLs blood into each predosed tube. Results for the concentration needs to fall within the corresponding cartridge test range. For example, tube 2 which contains a concentration of 2 units/mL needs to fall within the Tan cartridge range of 1.5-3.0.
