GH100 ACT device reliability issues-Anyone experiencing similar problems?

I’m curious whether other sites using the GH100 ACT analyzer have experienced recurring hardware reliability issues.

We currently manage approximately 24 GH100 devices, and over the past couple of years we have seen a variety of problems, including:

  • Power cables failing or requiring replacement
  • Devices not charging properly. Power Port issues
  • Units failing to power on. Battery issues
  • Unexpected power loss during use
  • Pump assembly

In some cases, GH100 devices have reportedly shut down during procedures in the OR or Cath Lab, creating operational concerns.
We also experienced multiple issues with the old charging port. Luckily some of the devices were fairly new and still under warranty, so those devices came back with the new USB-C port.

I would be interested in hearing whether other institutions have experienced similar issues, how frequently repairs are occurring, and whether any root causes or corrective actions have been identified.
