Do any of your sites have a blood volume analyzer? If so:
- Which analyzer do you use?
- Who is responsible for training and competency management?
- How much oversight does POC/Lab provide?
- If you are CAP accredited, under which department activity menu is the analyzer listed?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Well shoot, are we really the only ones using Blood Volume Analyzers over here? My post has 338 views but no comments.
We use Daxor here as well. POC gives guidance for the hematocrit testing since is sent to the lab. Training is performed by Daxor. CAP does not consider it a lab test since it is really a nuclear medicine test.
