Epic Ordering - repeat troponin

We are attempting to figure out the best way to manage i-STAT troponin test ordering in our ED. We use UniPOC and Epic as unsolicited tests. All of our point of care tests are ordered as a "task" in Epic and we are being told that if the task repeats it won't have a time and it doesn't have an end so someone has to cancel it. There doesn't seem to be a way to generate the 1 hour order based off of the initial troponin.

Any input on how anyone is managing this to ensure you get the initial and 1 hour completed would be greatly appreciated.
