GH100s, Telcor, & Epic

We recently went live with GH100s. We use Telcor as our middleware and Epic is our LIS. We are having issues with the patient locations and the patient lists not working when we scan the armbands. No one can figure out where exactly the issue is generating from. Does anyone else out there use these and have success with scanning the patient armbands?

Cepheid Xpert HCV

I have a site that has a grant and is going to purchase the Cepheid Xpert and run HCV tests only. Does anyone run this? I have some worry over the fingerstick with the microtainer since I remember these being tricky with the EDTA and sample clotting.
Any insight/tips or tricks would be helpful.
