Said: Our Infection Prevention department doesn't allow tape. Operators use a variety of things--specific labels and write with pen, Sharpie, pen right on the container. I don't think we could talk the hospitals into all buying the same thing...

Said: We have the operators put a piece of clear tape over the written date and that works for protecting the glucose strips and QC from the alcohol wipes and rubbing off.
