TEG 6S Implementation
We are in the process of implementing the TEG 6S in our organization and we are slated to have two in the Laboratory and 1 in POC (for CVOR perfusionists to run). I was hopeful that I could look at what others have done in terms of procedure, interpretation guidance in TEG Manager, competencies, etc for those who have gone through this process before.
