venous vs fingerstick PT/INR
I have been asked a question about how often venous blood is being used by
clinics with certificates of waiver for PT/INR testing rather than
fingerstick.
I am guessing that this is not common, but have no data to support my hunch,
so I am asking the experts-
In your anti-coag clinics, do you use fs, venous or both? If both, what is
the approximate split of the samples?
Thanks.
