Istat Creatinine

I want to make sure this is correct? We perform creatinine on our Istat in Ed. This is considered a waived test so no correlations would be required on Clew update only AMR, AND QC. Also no IQCP NEEDED as well. I do Q
perform QC on NLS AS WELL. Wanted to make sure this was correct. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT

EPOC error codes

We have 4 EPOC's that we use in our neonatal ICU. Beginning in Sept we began to see an increase in the number of error , especially 3 (IQC Calibration fluid not detected) 49( Sample deliver) and 50 (fluidics check).
Our total errors have been running over between 12-15%. We had one EPOC that had 40% error rate in NOV ( will are replacing it.) I have sent all the information to service , no pattern with operator, lot, and other than one EPOC the other continue ...
