Competency Assessor- How to Prove Two Years Experience
I am struggling with the ICU staff to maintain competencies, particularly on nightshift. I have came in at 5am several times to do competencies and they are too busy. They have hired an Assistant Nurse Manager for midnights and I am trying to work with him so he is able to do the competencies. He does have his BSN, and says he has 2 years of experience on the i-Stat. He sent me a license verification for CLP-POCT throught West Virginia.
