Abbott Afinion 2 issues after RALS upgrade.

We recently upgraded RALS to 8.6.1 and within a few days started receiving calls that the Afinion 2 devices were "frozen". Upon further investigation, we are seeing that they are completely frozen, but the patient test, qc test, and power button lose functionality, door won't open. You can still log in and tap around to the other screens and even make changes to the config. To fix this we have to pull the power cord to do a hard reboot of the instrument. Then within 24-48 hours it falls ...
