PPE for Sofia 2 FLU+SARS Ag FIA

Our outpatient clinic offices are using the Sofia 2 for FLU+SARS ag FIA testing and a question came up about required PPE for performing testing. Can anyone who uses this test share what PPE you require at your facility for performing this test? Thank you!

Disposal of POCT supplies- Not Sharpes

Where do you tell staff to dispose of POCT supplies that are used for testing? Swabs, cartridge, test strips ect. Can they go in "regular" trash or do they need to go into biohazard trash?
