Missed CAP Proficiency Test -Quality Cross Check
Hello, fellow POCC's!
Can anyone share any experience/input, please - I joined a new lab/hospital just recently and 3 days into my new office, as I was cleaning up, I found that there was a CAP PROFICIENCY TEST for "Quality Cross Check ACT" that was not performed nor submitted to CAP on the due date. I went in the walk-in fridge to check the samples, but they were way past expiration date. I called CAP to get some guidance. They said the samples for that particular kit...
