Clearing Data - Roche Accuchek Inform II Meters

We just switched from the Roche Accuchek Inform II meters to the Nova StatStrip meters last week. Does anyone know how to clear all data from the Roche meters? Calling Roche is on my to do list, I just haven't had a chance yet. And I was hoping for a quick answer here instead of a long phone call with them!

Heparinized syringes in bulk for EPOC?

Does anyone use EPOC on large scale and have issues with getting staff to use the blood gas syringe kits? Does anyone know if heparinized syringes come in bulk, not as part of a kit with supplies that would be discarded?
