Struggling with newest generation Nova StatStrip meters

New installation last month. Biggest problem is some results won't post to epic for hours up to days... I think it's narrowed down to the meter vs the NovaNet servers. Anyone else with NN, RALS and Epic seeing these issues or know of a possible resolution?

Waived Urine Drug Cups

We're looking at switching to a different urine drug cup at our residential center facilities. We're looking at updating our current cup to add Fentanyl as an analyte and figured we should shop around too. Would anyone be willing to share what cups they are using and their experience with them?
