Normal Patients for Reference Range Verification

: "Hi all,
How do you find your normal population when verifying instruments/ranges?

How do you ensure your “normals” aren’t on medication that can interfere with your testing?

We requested 20 normal patients from our core lab as established by their analyzer but that our results were unsatisfactory for our director.
