Occult Blood and Physicians

: "Good Morning fellow POCC’s.

I have a question in regards to the Occult Blood. I know that this test is considered as waived and can be performed by our Medical Assistants, but what if the MD wants to perform this test, would it be considered as Provider performed
or will it still be under waived test status?
