Personnel Records

: "We are going to be adding moderately complex testing in our radiology department. I'm trying to collect the rad tech's diplomas and am running into issues where some were trained 40 years ago and their schools no longer exist.

CAP GEN.554400 states that licensing for radiology, nursing and respiratory cannot be used for educational requirement..."
