Said: Did anyone call CAP? I had issues with one of the samples 'drying out' and needing to run hot water in the top. Some results were affected. I've called CAP on previous surveys that were not testable.

Said: Yes I had the same experience. I tried to mitigate by putting drops on parafilm a touching strip to drop. This is the first time i have had more than 1 or 2 meters outside of the acceptable ranges since I moved to doing the cross-check....

CAP WBGQ
Good afternoon,
Did anyone experience any issues with the CAP survey WBGQ when trying to dose the test strips using the vials, which required squeezing hard to get the sample out? This is the second time we've experienced this, which has affected some results.
