Glucose Testing and the Critically Ill

: "Does anyone have a nice Power Point that summarizes the "critically ill" glucose issue?
The issue was front and center for awhile and then with the withdraw of the CMS memo coupled with a TJC inspection here at my facility in April 2015 where it was not mentioned, all efforts were abandoned.
Now I have been asked to resurrect the issue and prese..."
