Glucose Testing and the Critically Ill

Does anyone have a nice Power Point that summarizes the "critically ill" glucose issue?

The issue was front and center for awhile and then with the withdraw of the CMS memo coupled with a TJC inspection here at my facility in April 2015 where it was not mentioned, all efforts were abandoned.

Now I have been asked to resurrect the issue and present it to Nursing Administration for buy-in.

I am open to any and all thoughts and suggestions as well as to how you solved the issue for your facility.
