Competency tracking program

We are a large system and are struggling with keeping track of all elements of non-waived competency (including traceability). Do any of you utilize a program specifically made to do this virtually? We have Healthstream in our system, but we don't think it meets our needs.

Said: HI Briggit, as far as I know there is no waived test for lactate using fingerstick. We currently use the Nova Statstrip for Lactate in the ED.It's moderate complex and requires with venous or arterial sample.
