Epic CSN barcodes - pediatrics
We are transitioning to Epic and will now be using the CSN for patient ID. Can anyone share what your armband set up looks like? Currently, Grand Central has the armband looking like this. The POC meters do not like this - it's too long, too short, not enough border, etc. Also, we band little wrist and ankles and the barcode wraps around. Nothing is capable of scanning a curved barcode like that.

Operator access
Good afternoon,
When providing access to newly trained personnel for glucose testing, are you providing access using the hospital ID number or creating a unique barcode assigned to that associate? And entering that number in your middleware ie ....UNIPOC, Telcor, etc...?
