Sysmex pocHi-100

Hello,
Has anyone else had issues with unacceptable results on the 2025 and 2026 CAP FH1 surveys for the Sysmex pocHi-100?
We don't have any trouble with the Insight QC reports.
We are thoroughly investigating and appreciate any thoughts.
