RALS and EPOC NXS host

Hi all,
Our system upgrade our old EPOC host to the new epoc NXS. All 35 of our EPOC are stating the same issue. Since then, we have this E84 error and cannot do patient testing. We called siemens tech support and RALS tech support to no solution. We upgrade our firmware and evad to the most recent one, performed QC and still locked out. We checked out configuration in RALS and everything. The old host still works, but somehow the new host is not.&n...
