Does anyone have in their Cath Lab a single instrument that performs ACT, avoximeter, and H&H all together?
What are the pros/cons?

wow, that is a tall order.
we use the I-stat and it can give you the ACT(celite), the Hgb and HCT, and O2Sat (EG7). However, that would be two different cartridges, and the HGB is calculated not a direct measure like the conventional avoximeter. we also have the avox which is used for pediatric cases and also for cases when a full blood gas is not needed.
