What are POCCs looking for in a Professional Networking Group

I have been a member of a wonderful POCC group in Pennsylvania for 10 years KEYPOCC - Keystone Point of Care Coordinators.  We still hold 3 face to face meetings a year and one webinar session in December when the weather in the East USA begins to deteriorate.  In recent years, attendance and membership is dwindling and our group is looking for ways to renew interest.  We charge a $30 annual membership fee that provides you with admission to the 3 live sessions a year (individual sessions are $20 each) as our primary focus is CE and exchange of information.  We try to vary the location, the speakers and the topics.  We have wonderful vendor sponsorship, and award two $500 scholarships a year to deserving students.

What kinds of things have others tried to spark the desire to meet and learn??

thanks,

Carrie
