Is anyone using a POC urine drug test in a clinic test that they like? Waived or moderately complex?

We are using one for our ambulatory areas from the company "CLIAWaived". It is a waived test and is call Urine Drug Cup Test (12). This company carries many POCT tests and some are Moderate complexity, so read carefully, don't let the name of the company fool you.
We use the Alere iCup Dx14, it's a 14 panel drug test plus 5 adulteration tests. This is CLIA waived.
Our primary care clinics are asking to add urine drug testing to their menu, but our medical director is concerned about legal ramifications for our organization. We understand that the providers want to be able to look at diversion of the medications but the concern lies with taking action without confirming results in our Tox lab. Different cutoff levels, etc.
What's your process?
