Eurotrol lot #22101609 for 6+ I-Stat cartridges

Has anyone experienced BUN failure with this new lot # of CueSee Vesristat QC using the 6+ or any other I-Stat cartridge? Two separate sites, 3 different shipments have all failed BUN. Eurotrol denies any problems. All other analytes pass, as do all analytes in level 3.
Any comments welcome

What results are you getting? We are on this lot for the CHEM8 and are hitting right around the mean of 58. We started this lot last month. ivy
We've run it a total of 9 times. Results have been consistently 57-58-59. We use it with the 6+ cartridge. I spoke with Eurotrol today again. Still no resolution. I think it might be an incorrect assay value range but they claim the only way to check it is to rerun and they don't want to run it on CLEW 32. They will rerun on CLEW 33. Abbott just posted new CLEW software.
Thanks,
Char

I would agree that is likely an incorrect value assignment in their documents. For CLEW 31 BUN for that lot was assigned mean of 58, for CLEW 33 BUN was assigned mean of 60. I doubt for CLEW 32 that it should have an assigned value of 47. Just does not sound right. Have you tried submitting data to their CueSee Online data submission program. You would be able to get a report with peer data and see where labs are actually reporting, rather than going by the insert.
This has to be a typo; should be mean of 57 range 50-64 which is consistent with the other lot# and the new clew A33 value. ivy
