Competency Checks

I'm just starting in Point of Care but I wondered how everyone handles competency checks. I've created online powerpoints with tests at the end for one method. Do I need to individually check off each individual and document their competency as well for a second verification? What forms do you use to show inspectors? A general form listing all tests or a list of steps for each test?
Thanks for any help on input.

Thank you!
Jeremy I would like to see your competency forms also if you would not mind sending them to me. We are in the process of trying to set up our competency training. We are looking at some programs, but I would be interested in seeing what your forms look like. Thank you for your help.
