PTT for sheath pulls

Just curious, why are you using PTT? As a backup for ACT? Dr. Marcia Zucker should be able to help you. I am not sure who she is working for at this time, but you should be able to find her on Google.

I would be interested in any info on using PTT for 'sheath pull only' instead of ACT. My issue is the large amount of operators on the units that perform ACT just for sheath pull and keeping them competent. Also, the huge cost of keeping them competent as they run LQC 3 times to pass because they are part time and only run QC once a year because they have to.
Sorry....my frustration is showing.
