Locum Providers and PPMP

How do you handle locum providers and allowing them to perform PPMP testing? We have an OB office that has had several locum providers, and my suggestion to them was to send any testing to the main lab, otherwise they need to meet the 6 competency requirements before doing testing. Has anyone else ran into this issue.

I would do the same thing for locum providers.
