I would like to know what everyone is doing for alternative assessment for the AVOX? CAP does not provide a proficiency.

I use the CAP SO2 survey.
I am also interested. I see an SO and SOQ, but no SO2 in the survey catalog.
Yes, SO or SOQ surveys are compatible with AVOX devices.
If you are talking about the analyte sO2, that is true, there is no CAP Survey that includes it. However, sO2 is not what the AVOX reports out. It reports oxyhemoglobin, or O2Hb. Though many clinical folks refer to it as sO2, that is not what is actually being measured.

We use samples from API, Blood Oximetry. Just finished mine today!
