If I have a result that is either above or below the reportable range. How do I need to report the results? greater or lower than and document with date, time and the person I gave the result? We also,  send the specimen to the lab for confirmation.

We only have critical values for Na, K, glu, Ph, TCo2 and HCT.

How do you handle high troponin?

Thank you for your input.
