Clinitek Humidity

We use Clinitek in our main lab and our clinics as POCT. There is a statement in the instruction manual for humidity:
It was the Clinitek Status machine that had ambient operating humidity of 18% to 80% and optimum operating humidity of 35% to 55%.
Which range do we want to go with?
Your in POCT,

I have both listed on my maintenance check off page. Living in coastal Virginia, humidity can be a problem. By having both listed, there is less questioning for inspections. It isn't like we can really do anything about the humidity anyway outside of emphasizing keeping the cap securely on the strip bottle. I do, however, have each unit that has a Clinitek Status perform 2 levels of controls each day of patient testing.
That's the range I have listed on our environmental control monitor forms. Ours usually falls in the 50s. If the humidity were to fall outside of this range supplies would be temporarily removed to the main stock room (controlled temp and humidity) until the issue is resolved.
We run Quantimetrix level 1&2 controls each day of testing and use the 18-80 humidity range. Our humidity ranges between 20-50.
