PXP strips Invalid Lot

Has anyone else experienced invalid lot errors when scanning PXP glucose strips? Most of the time you just have to scan the strip again and the meter accepts the lot number, but sometimes you have to scan multiple times until it accepts. We just started a new lot and numerous departments have complained about the errors. So far it's only with one lot.
Abbott tech support has dialed into our server and searched around, but they haven't given me an update and this has been happening for two weeks.

I had this happen one time when I had a hard time reading the complete lot number when entering it. I had typed in an incorrect digit.
But that would not happen infrequently, it would flag every test.
We are seeing this recently also. We are on lot 4C785H. We are also seeing an increase in false <20 results. We have a case opened for that issue.
Anyone else experiencing problems with CAPs WBGQ survey and/or lot# 4CP15H (PXP strips)? We saw a significant and consistent low bias for all unknowns on just about all meters on this last survey.
I sometimes have a hard time entering the full lot number (lower case L's look like I's etc..) but in this case the full lot number is entered correctly. It does eventually work, just takes 1 or 2 or sometimes 5 tries. We have a case open with Abbott.
Haven't seen any increase in <20 results, but that is concerning!
We also had a significant low bias, still in range, for the WBGQ survey but only with lot 4A9A5H, which was approaching it's expiration on 10/31/2017.
Never a dull moment...
