POCC Support Survey

Hello Everyone,
My name is Tyler Gledhill and I am a Point of Care Coordinator at the University of Utah/ ARUP Laboratories. I would like to invite you all to participate in a voluntary survey for Point of Care Specialists. I created this survey to help organize an article that will identify common point of care attitudes and characteristics that support the success of a program.

I can imagine that this is a busy time of year for you, but I hope you will take some time to participate in this brief survey. This questionnaire will require fifteen minutes to answer. Please complete the survey no later than December 8th.

Participation is completely voluntary, however I encourage you to participate and to share the survey link with other POC specialists in our field! I would be glad to release survey results and summaries prior to publishing the results, but please send requests separately to ensure anonymity. All responses will be reported in a summary format so that you cannot be associated with your responses.
