What are your thoughts on sharing training material and policies with vendors?

I've got a Accu-Chek Inform II Tips and Tricks booklet that I'm working on and the Roche rep was impressed with it and asked if I'd share.
I don't care to share with other POCC because we've got it rough some times!
I'm not sure I want to share it with them though; I took all the pictures myself and as an hobbyist photographer I know it's not good to just give away your work. I can't exactly ask them to pay for it but I don't want to just hand it over either.
What are your thoughts?

You can share it with POCC but not with anyone else.
Hello All and Happy Thanksgiving,
With all your hard work keep it.
Venders will use it to their advantage. Just think they have a whole company of
R & D to back them up.
Thanks everyone. I don't think I'll be sharing it with them.
I agree that there is zero obligation for a POCC to share site materials with a vendor. For me, I decide to share (or not) item by item, company by company. For sure it's not a blanket 'give away policy'.
If I choose to share it's due to the specific rep I'm working with, in addition to how I feel about the company support to us long term. If I choose to share, I strip off our logo/identification markings and anything specific to our process/EMR/internal policies.
An example - the last time I did share training check-off form and quiz was due to a new rep coming in to train on an instrument. He had first supplied a generic set of templates for us. I felt they could be improved. When he came in to help train, he asked if he could use the materials, particularly the quiz, for other local accounts.
I don't know if he forwarded our materials to the company or not. I figured it was worth sharing to improve his usefulness to the next POCC he trained in his/our territory and the company has been generous with us on a few things that I greatly appreciated.
I would not; however, automatically say 'yes, sure'. Really good question posted, thanks.
